Skill unlock levels
Divine skills unlock at total level 135. Their ranks open at 142, 150, 157 and 165, with more tiers from 175 to 365.
Welcome-pack skill items
Every new character gets 20 of each 100% skill enhancement stone, plus one Reset Skill Stone.
