Understand base level, Hero Rank and Divine Level before reading equipment requirements.
Three progression labels
The approved stage names are Heroic Ascension, Demigod and Apotheosis. A stage name is not itself an unlock instruction; the quest and material requirements still need confirmation.

Equipment can use total level
The recorded equipment check adds base level (capped at 115), Hero Rank and Divine Level. For a total-level requirement of 170, base level 115 plus Hero Rank 50 plus Divine Level 5 adds to 170. This is a static formula example, not a newly observed equip attempt.
Names to recognize
The approved vocabulary includes Ichor Stone, Origin of Ichor, Divine Stats and Divine skills. These labels do not establish how many materials a particular ascension attempt needs.
