Male, turnedAegis has three class paths: Aster, Eosphor and Zephyr. Compare their attacks, control and support skills, then choose a Starter build for the abilities you have learned.
Aegis Aster
Aster combines an intelligence-linked beam attack with a magic-attack buff and speed control. Use the beam for target damage and choose the buff or slow when its effect fits the fight.
Intelligence Blow
Raises the target's magic attack power using the target's intelligence.
Ice Slow
Reduces the target's attack and movement speed.
Aegis Beam
Deals intelligence-linked magic damage to the target.
Aegis Eosphor
Eosphor offers target and area spells alongside party support. Magic Stay attacks through the target's defense, Marsh Maze handles nearby enemies, and Magician Aura supports you and your party.
Magic Stay
Ignores the target's defense and deals damage based on magic attack power.
Marsh Maze
Deals damage to enemies in an area.
Magician Aura
Raises magic attack power and physical defense for you and your party.
Aegis Zephyr
Zephyr combines a stunning attack, a pulling control skill and a health-consuming attack. Use control to set up the fight, then decide whether you can afford Last Whisper's HP cost.
Whispel
Deals damage and stuns the target.
Axe Call
Pulls in the target and paralyzes it.
Last Whisper
Consumes current HP to deal damage linked to HP spent and melee attack.
Builds
Choose a skill focus for your learned abilities. Check weapon requirements and resource costs before changing your equipment or rotation.
Aegis Aster — Starter build
| Build field | Starter build |
|---|---|
| Stat split | INT first for Aegis Beam's intelligence-linked magic damage. |
| Skill order | Aegis Beam for target damage; Ice Slow when slowing the target matters; Intelligence Blow when its buff fits the fight. |
| Gear | Use equipment your character can equip. Check each learned skill's weapon requirements before a change. |
| Playstyle | Keep target damage as the focus and use the buff or slow for the situation. |
| Pros | A target-damage focus with magic-attack support and speed control. |
| Cons | The beam focus does not make every Aster ability INT-scaled. |
Aegis Eosphor — Starter build
| Build field | Starter build |
|---|---|
| Stat split | INT first when using the inherited intelligence-linked beam as the damage focus. |
| Skill order | Use the inherited beam when learned and available; add Magic Stay for its target attack and Magician Aura for party support. |
| Gear | Keep equipment your character can equip. Check the learned spells' requirements before changing weapons. |
| Playstyle | Keep the inherited beam as this setup's damage focus while adding Eosphor's target attack and party aura. |
| Pros | An intelligence-linked inherited damage focus plus own-class target and party-support spells. |
| Cons | Other Eosphor spells have different effects; the beam focus is not a scaling rule for the whole kit. |
Aegis Zephyr — Starter build
| Build field | Starter build |
|---|---|
| Stat split | STR first when using Whispel's strength-linked version; check the learned version's tooltip before allocating points. |
| Skill order | Axe Call when a pull is useful; Whispel for damage and a stun; Last Whisper only when you can afford its HP cost. |
| Gear | Keep equipment your character can equip. Check each learned ability's weapon requirements before changing weapons. |
| Playstyle | Use pull or stun control before committing health to an attack. |
| Pros | Pull and stun options with a separate health-spending attack. |
| Cons | Last Whisper spends current HP. A Whispel-focused allocation does not make every Zephyr skill STR-scaled. |
