Privacy policy

This notice explains how HermesWorld (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use the HermesWorld Realms website, join the closed beta and play the game. We don't sell your personal data.

Information we collect

• Account and contact details: your email address, username and the game password you set (stored securely; staff will never ask for it).
• Beta signup: the email you give us and whether you've confirmed, been invited or unsubscribed.
• Gameplay: your characters, progress, in-game actions and transactions.
• Purchases: Hermes Coins balance and purchase history. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number.
• Device and connection data: IP address, device and operating system details, and crash reports.
• Messages: what you send to our support team, and your chats with AI characters where that feature is available.

How we use it

• To run the closed beta, send your invitation and keep you updated.
• To create and secure your account and help you recover access.
• To operate the game, fix bugs and improve performance.
• To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse and keep players safe.
• To answer support requests.

We use beta emails only for beta news, never for unrelated advertising.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers who help us run HermesWorld Realms: hosting and security providers, email delivery, payment processors and community platforms. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect players and the game.

One thing to know: $HERMESWORLD wallet and token transactions are public on the blockchain. Your wallet address and the amounts are visible to anyone and can't be removed by us.

How long we keep it

• Beta waitlist: until the beta list closes, or sooner if you ask us to remove you.
• Account: while it's active; deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
• Game and security logs: up to 90 days, longer only when needed for a specific investigation.

Your choices and rights

• Every beta email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@hermes-world.ai. We'll verify the request comes from you and reply within 30 days.
• Never send us your password or a reset link.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Children

HermesWorld Realms isn't for anyone under 13. Where local law sets a higher age for data consent (up to 16 in parts of the EU), you need to meet it or have a parent or guardian's permission. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes

We'll update this notice as HermesWorld Realms grows. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know on the site or by email.
