Welcome to HermesWorld. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hermes-world.ai and the HermesWorld game, websites, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Outsourc-e ("HermesWorld", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service, including art, code, text, audio, characters, and trademarks, is owned by HermesWorld or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
If you submit feedback, ideas, or content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
HermesWorld is in active development. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, items, and progression may change, reset, or be removed during testing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
If we introduce paid items, subscriptions, or in-game currency, additional purchase terms will apply at the point of sale. Virtual items have no real-world value and are non-transferable outside the Service unless we explicitly say otherwise. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hermesworldsupport@gmail.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limits of liability).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HermesWorld and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HermesWorld and its operators from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
