Create your account and game password
On the account page, create your Realms account. The username and password you set there are exactly what you type on the game’s login screen. Forgot it? Reset it here.
Install
Windows
- Sign in, then Download for Windows.
- Run the setup file.
- Open HermesWorld Realms from the desktop shortcut.
Mac
- Sign in, then Download for Mac.
- Open the .dmg and drag HermesWorld Realms to Applications.
- Open it from Applications. If macOS asks, click Open. If it asks to install Rosetta, click Install (one time).

Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later), macOS 26+
Free space shown on the download page.
Log in and play
Press Play, log in with your Realms account, create a character and enter the world. If login fails, try Fix Login first.
Report what you find
Post bugs in the Discord with your platform, the time, what you did and the exact message. Never share your password or screenshots that show it.
Known issues
We’re working on these for the next patch. No need to report them again.
- A visible seam on some character heads.
- The loading screen’s wings and splash art may show briefly out of place.
- Compass and target frame can misalign.
- Some trees and a floor seam in the second zone.
- Mac: the Dock may show the helper’s name instead of HermesWorld Realms.
- Mac: the launcher can report the game as running after it has closed; reopen the launcher.
